wrong spot?! well since we are on the subject of cents :hmm3: did you know that it costs the U.S. Gov. 1.7 cents to make a Penny and 5.6 cents to make a Nickel! :lol2: Kinda let's you know raw copper and nickel have gone up in price! I just read that somewhere and thought I'd share since this thread is useless anyway
It's funny cuz economicaly speaking coins as form of currency are debasive meaning they derive their worth from the worth of the materials they were made from. Hence soon our pennies will be worth 2 pennies and nickels will be worth 6 cents ... makes me want to melt down pennies and sell them as raw copper :lol:
