Well I have 2 of these and just upgraded to the wireless drivers on both yesterday. I also own the battery backup as well. I have some serious money invested in these.
My pumps are 6 months old.
My first pump stopped after it broke some sort of shaft on the wet side. Took 2 weeks for my LFS to send it out and get it back for repair.
Now my second pump has failed. The magnet has been rubbing on the outer cover (wet side), and it has peeled off the clear coat on the magnet and stopped working. I spoke to service, and I need to send it in. This is so frustrating..... I have 2 different pumps both which have been in for repair only after 6 months.
You guys also refused to send me another wet side to compensate me. Again I will have to wait for mine to be repaired.
Whats up with these pumps..this has just been a pain. I would think after all the trouble I have had that you would just send me a new wet side instead of me having to pay for shipping and wait, wait, wait....
The customer service has been less than ideal to say the least.
