my 30long build

OK, tank is full and everything is in place and running. One overflow is working perfectly, the other... not so much. I think I'm not getting very good flow from the powerhead to the return. I think I know how to fix that, just gotta get to lowes...

Pics to come when there is better light and the water clears up a little.

Looks great but a little heads up on the silicone and acrylic. It may stick today but a year down the road it will fail. Silicone is not make for gluing acrylic, you should have used glass for your overflows. I am speaking out of experence and would hate to see you lose your system due to this....

Migration is complete.

I still have a lot of fine tuning to do with things like flow, coral positioning, light cycles, etc, but the big stuff is done and everyone seems happy (or at least as happy as they were prior to the move).

I ended up scrapping the dual overflows because it was too hard to get them working "together"... one pump was always pumping faster or slower than the other causing one overflow to eventually run dry. It sucked - I don't recommend trying to make that sort of setup work.

I don't have photo editing software here at home, so you'll have to deal with some sub-par pics for now.
