Since moving into my new house I have procrastinated through out the entire summer. Thanks to some good friends we finally kicked off the installation process!

A Special thanks to Dave Sheedy, Michael aka Monti-Mike and Jeff aka badfish for stopping in and helping out and donating mass amounts of RO/DI and cycled water.

Here's some pics

Originally It was going to have a sump below the tank. LOL What was I thinking. Didn't take much convincing to talk me into drilling the wall and using the boiler room as a Mechanical room. There are a couple early pics. Much is changing from day to day. More to come.

Display has 75 lbs of sand and the sump has 115 lbs of sand. I have all my Dry fiji rock curing in the sump now along with some LR and LS from my Nano tank as well as some that was donated to the cause. We used 70% cycled water for this project to jump start the process. This will be an SPS tank only. I will also use the sump as a frag tank. Lit with a 150w HQI.

I'll keep everyone posted. I just wanted to get these up asap. 9/16/07 day 1

Looks great! Thanks for the pics Kris. Welcome to the 'corner' club. :)

How many watts is the MH over the tank?

What kind of skimmer are you using?

What do you plan for livestock?

When can we have a meeting at your place? :D

Jeff stop over any night. I have been mounting equipment, rewiring the room, building shelves for more equipment and doing some general organizing. I'd like to get my rock work laid out here soon and free up my sump for building my Fuge.

I'm looking for some Branch LR and have made a call to Ryan. I want to mix it with my Macro Rock in the display.

I did order a new RO/DI system and Geo Kalk reactor I can't wait to plumb them in.

Sorry for the Quality of these pics. I just wanted to give everyone another small sample of my progress. I need to buy a camera. Or have a meeting ;)
