It had been up and running for about 5-6 months

the light in front is a clipon from target fitted with a flourescent 12 watt I think to provide some extra light at a very low cost. I have it on a separate timer to simulate increase in sunlight at noon till 5

Cool. How do you handle water changes and stuff? Do you have spare RO/Salt water in a little bucket somewhere?

I buy those 5 gal juggs of ro water from home depot and bring them here everytime I go home.
one of those does a full water change. If I get desparate in an emergency, I can dechlor some tap water if needed.

wow the tank looks beautiful! i brought my 24g AP to my dorm this year and i'm loving it

i kinda feel bad for that clown though. it looks like it's getting too big for your 6g .
