Hi,
I am using 6055 connected with 6091 for wave making , I am happy with that for a several months.
But today, the lights of 6091 flash concurrently and the 6055 never start.
I try to use my another 7091 connect with 6055, the problem is the same... the lights flash flash flash ~~
Then, I try to run the 6055 independently. Still failure, 6055 keep very quiet ...

Is that my 6055 failure? or the power adapter of 6055 problem?
Pls. help ~~~

If you have lights, you have power, the most common culprit will be the pump is jammed from calcium build up and just needs cleaning.

Thank you for your reply.
But the lights are flashing very fast, and weak ... not like normal condition.

In general this would not be from the power supply, it would be from a drive unit stuck to the shaft by calcium causing an overload or from water damage to the controller or connector.

I cannot help you if you can't give me an answer, please check these things and let me know the result, thumbs down does not solve a problem. The pump has a two year warranty and you can send it in for repair but I would then need to know what country you are in so I can direct you to a repair center.

Sorry... thumb down is just shown my feeling ... You are very very helpful I know, you helped me and sent
some parts to me before~~

I clean the pump every month, and I have checked it already. I think it is not caused by cal jamming problem.

And I also try connected with 7091, the result is the same.. the 3 lights flash very fast... so it's not controller problem.

I am in Hong Kong.

I suspect the motor needs to be replaced. Our nearest repair center would be Australia, you could also send it to me or the factory in Germany, let me know what you prefer and I will arrange it.

hi, confirmed that it is the power adapter problem.
In general, I set the output to 24V.

I try to switch it to 12V for testing, the pump is running normally. Then, I try to switch to another V output, but the pump can't startup except set it to 12V.

Now, I am using output 12V and keep the water flow (water flow is weak but better than nothing). I am finding a replacement but may be the original is the best.

It could be the switch is bad on the power supply but this could also be a pump problem, Is there any chance you can post a photo of the propeller and inside of the pump?
