My Aquacave Experience

Since I read some negative reviews on Aquacave on this forum, just thought I'd share my very good experience using this vendor.

I emailed Aquacave to see if the products I wanted where in-stock, and got an email less than an hour later telling me everything I wanted was in-stock. I called and talked to Alex, who took my order. I received my tracking number and invoice that day. 5 days later the package was at my door, boxed extremely well, with everything inside that I ordered. Using Aquacave worked out extremely well for me, including the 5% discount to RC members and free shipping. I won't hesitate to use them again.

I was also reading the negative responses. I've ordered from aqua cave around 10 times without any complaints. Orders have always arrived on time, there prices are good, they pack there shipment very well (they go a little overboard at times with the Styrofoam peanuts), and all my orders have been accurate. Thanks Aqua cave.

MY ORDER WENT VERY WRONG WITHOUT ANY POSITIVE RESPONCE FROM ALBERT. It was never rectified.

I just bought a chiller & some other items from AquaCave. since I'm in the Chicago area I went there to pick up my items. Albert is a awesome guy. I had no problems with them at all. I'm already putting together another list of things to go pick up.

I've ordered four times from AquaCave and been satisfied with all four orders. I'm waiting to see what their prices will be on the new hydor controllable pumps, if they get them in.

Sometimes they will send you the tracking information a day or two after shipping it though.
