My ASM G2 came with a Sedra 5000

I bought a new ASM G2 today and it came with the Sedra 5000.
From what i read it came with the 3500....is there an upside and\or downside to this?

yup...downside is that we now have to meet to do a trade for my 3500.

The upside is that you will get my 3500 (the right one for the G2) and Ill get the big upgrade

the downside is that it uses more energy than the KSP-3500.

It will overflow.

The 3500 keeps the foam production at the neck..So obviously the 5000 wont do you any good unless you use it as a recirculated pump. Then feed it with a pump rated like a 3500 or smaller, and the gatevalve to control the skimmate.

The 5000 for my G3 came in a 9000 box.
Regardless, you will be very happy with your skimmer :beer:

And this is based on your experience or you're just guessing?? I'm using 5000 pump and love it.
