My Chromis Blues!

Just a picture of my Chromis Blue paly colony!
I almost lost all of my chromis blues due to some sort of infection. I was left with only 2-3 polyps and grew it out to this over for about one year.

Sorry Im really reluctant to sell them. I was planning to frag them, but they do so bad under the knife. Sold them in the past, but it wasnt worth the risk. ( for some reason out of all my zoas and palys, the chromis do the worse for me when it comes to fragging. of the 3 times i fragged it, 2 of them resulted in me almost losing the colony. The first time about 1/2 the colony died down. So i had to grow it out. The last time i almost lost all of them and was left with only a couple of polyps left. So after selling 5-6 polyps I end up losing roughly 25-30!! OUCH..


Really don't understand why these palys do so terribly after being under the knife..

I may frag it once the colony gets a little larger just to have a side colony just in case something happens to my main and then from that I'll frag the side colony.

those are absolutely gorgeous.

I can attest to them not doing so well fragged though......I picked up a handful of polyps a while back that looked ok for a few days after arrival then just melted away
