My Clarkii's eye is bulging ? Help!!!!

I was just looking in my tank and I noticed that my clarkii has something up with his eye. It looks like its bulging out? I dont have a clue to whats going on with him?

yes my clarkie had it once and died from it. You should post this in the deisese treatment forum. Some one their has probably cured it.

My buddy had a hippo tang with the same problem. We freshwater dipped him for about 10 min & he was all fixed up. It may take two times thats if its ick in his eye.
