The real questions should be why does such a picture exist and why would the person in the picture post it on the net.

It was sent to me anonymously (acro-wrasse) for some photo editing fun but the potential was so great that my brain locked up from all the choices.

The real question you're pondering is why you are not in the position to take such a picture.
