My Comet's problem

Dear all,

I got this Comet from my friend 2 weeks ago. I saw his problem on the right gill this morning (not sure this happened from my friend tank or mine).

He passed tank transfer method, Prazipro and formalin dip. And now in quarantine tank with Gold Lighting Maroons. His breaths normally and eating.

This looks like hole in the head, correct?

Could you please show me how to treat?

Is this an inflection to others fishes?

It does look like an infection of some sort.

Have you seen any stringy white feces come out of him?

It's probably an external infection then. I would QT, and treat with Kanaplex + Furan-2 + Metroplex. There are other options, but at the very least get ahold of one fish antibiotic. (Seachem makes a few.)
