My current 40 breeder :/

Well might as well show this, since my 60 cube started leaking. my current tank is a non drilled 40 breeder with my carefully thought out rock n scape just dumped in. Using mp10, regular eheim heater, my maxpect razor 27" 16k and not pictured an in tank octopus bh-50 skimmer. Almost as basic as it gets, but all sps fish and nems doing fine. Still same water from old tank, so no water changes in 6 months plus ? i forget. and randomely dosing while not checking parameters. Just keepin an eye on it.

I do plan to add the rock sculpture i made for my 27g cube but it sucks cuz of all the encrustation of sps i have already on my pine cone looking thing.

anywho, my cash is still going into my old 4x4 project so it is what it is for now. Ill make it look pretty soon with a new scape.

Nice looking tank. I know it is verbotten to say it aloud in public, and I do not in any way suggest this as a method for beginners, but I had a 90 gallon reef in Georgia that I never did a water change on in about 3 years. I had explosive growth in SPS, LPS and the fish were awesome! I swear by it.

thanks, and yeah Thats how i do best with my tanks, there is a name for it now also. ill have to find it. gotta dose though.

New design is done, got cloudy water after all the changes and sps not looking their best, probably need all new filter stuff for rodi. will update with video early in the week. Scape is sweet though.

sorry a little murky, but this is what i came up with. SPS Digi Tank. all the green ones on top have whited out but look alive. Orange and purple look great so we will see how the green ones recover.

well i dont know why but my purple tang passed away, fed one morning was active and eating like always, then came back later that night and it was stuck on my mp10 still alive, took it off but didnt last another hour. Really really sucks

also my water has been cloudy again not sure why, all sps still alive and doing great, cept all the green digi is really bleached and stressed out after all the fraggin. Gonna do a large water change today and test after it settles down.

and you can see higher up just how much was lost, Im gonna see what i can do to get a tank with a sump started soon. this was not that fun. but was suppose to be a temporary tank anyways.

Just one right now. 2 would be better. But gonna be upgrading tank soon hopefully.
