Spazz,
On overcoming head pressure for the Dart NW air intake. If you put a adjustable venture (or valve on the intake before the venture) as you restrict water flow it should help you overcome the back pressure. I no you will loose some air intake volume but do you loose that much air volume? It seems that if you loose 50% of your air volume that your pump is still pumping a lot of air. (A lot more than other methods) and may be good enough for smaller skimmers and be usable as is.
I guess im asking if you had 2 Spazz Master 2000 NW pumps going on one 7' skimmer (each pump working at 50%) and on the other 7' skimmer have 1 Spazz Master 2000 NW pump and 1 air pump (working at 100%). Witch would be more, reliable, consistent, cheaper, easy to adjust, power efficient....
i could not find the info on how much head does your dart NW pump work at before you want an air pump on it?
