My elegance ate my colt coral

I wasn't to concerned but it is now trying to expell it and looks to be having a hard time with it. Should I help and pull it out, or let it just do what it needs to do. I'm assuming the colt is producing chemicals or did.

Well I took a look at the remains. And it wasn't my colt coral at all. It was my mandarin. I've had this elegance for 16 months or so and hasn't ate a fish until now. Musta been hungry lol.
