Here is my project. I wanted to get into the LED & rimless revolution. Here are some pics. For more details, check out my build thread in the Elos forum.

This is white Crees only

Early daylight - the LEDs slowly ramp over three hour with increasing blue, then royal blue followed by white in staggered stage. Ironically the lights also had a thunderstorm when we had one yesterday. My wife was totally thrown off.

Wiring all hidden. Thanks Adam for the help. After I move my SPS in, I will lower the lights.

Aquascaping for now, similar to my JBJ. Bunch of zoanthids, clams and SPS move in in several weeks. Any cool fish suggestions for a rimless? I am sure Ade has some.

Adam, do you know anybody who may have one eating frozen foods for sale? I hear they are indeed cool. It is on my list.

I know someone who has one but his wife would kill him if he tried to sell it, that and the Goby/shrimp are her favorites.

I would go with a dragonface pipe if you haven't had them before. Around 15-20 online price and not a big loss. I used to have 3 in my 33 long many moons ago.

Have you decided what you are going to put in this tank yet or still just looking?

I am going to try a pipefish for sure and temporarily a small butterfly. The only thing I am sure of is the pipefish. I am also considering a flame angel (I know it is a risk) or a coral beauty. Any thoughts?

If you are not going to put any clams in there I would go with a pygmy angel. Something differnt like a (Centropyge) multicolor pygmy angel. Another I have always tried to get on orders is a purple tilefish (Hopolatilus purpureus). I always look for fish that are not readilly available in LFS. I know most of the time it is hard to even find a good fish in our LFS lol

Are you going to be putting any Acros in it? Dave(Cee) had a bunch with a little Clown Goby that would just swim around and sit in the different ones. For some reason I do like little gobies and blennys, I think they generally have a lot of character.
