Big :thumbsup: for Marine Depot and their exceptional customer service!
I've purchased many, many, many items from them and rarely have any problems whatsoever; however my last order which contained alot of additives (64 oz. bottles) had some of them leak out alot of their contents becuase the cap was loose.
(I recommend taping all the bottle caps again like you used to, never had a leak when the caps were taped before)
However (and thank goodness) these bottles were wrapped in a tied plastic bag and nothing leaked out of the bags....didnt want to use the spilled liquid from the bag since contamination is possible from contact with the outside of the bottle so emailed them the problem and they replied quickly sending replacement bottles for the ones that leaked!!!
Already have tracking number and they have already been shipped!
That's customer service and what keeps me coming back to them.
A safe purchase from a reliable merchant for me will always win my business.
I can honestly say I don't fear purchasing from MarineDepot becuase they are extremely dependable and are quick to resolve any problems (rare as they are) that might occur without the usual hassles from many other vendors.
I seldom reccomend any merchants to others but MarineDepot has consistenly remained on the top of my list for aquarium products (for service, quality, and speddy shipping) and I do not hesitate to recommend them to anyone!
