Just thought I'd take a moment to relay my experience with LiveAquaria. I originally purchased a fish from the Diver's Den section of their website. The day the fish was to ship, I recieved a call from an employee who apologized, and said that the fish would not be able to ship that day. Apparently when they were packing it, someone noticed that it's fin was ripped, so they said they would prefer to hold it until it was perfect. I find their interest in only shipping a "100% healthy" fish very refreshing. Since the fish was one of several that I intended to purchase, I cancelled the order, and said I would check back at a later date. Then, I purchased three other fish from their 'regular' site. The fish arrived as they said they would, in perfect condition. I was impressed with the packing job that they did, and fish were packed with cool packs. They acclimated nicely, and are taking foods and exploring their new tank. What a pleasure to purchase animals from an on-line retailer who takes such pride in their work.
