My fan keep getting mest up. help.

i have a little nanocube 12 gallon, but my fan keep getting dying out, or slowing down and I'm not sure why. When I touch it, it's hot... I'm thinking the fan might be about to get blown or something. Two of my fans are blown already and I replaced it, but the problem seems to repeat.

What fan are you replacing them with?

Many 12VDC fans are absolute junk. What size is the fan?

These computer fans from Fry's electronics, I forgot the name, might be Links Depot, but I think they are generics.

salt can get in and cause them to fry. maybe look into fans made for salt water tanks. those computer fans aren't designed for the contaminants in the air from a tank

i use pfo fans , i am not sure what type salty is selling. but they claim they are very durable.

Wow, 2inch=60mmx60mm are hard to find compare to four.
