I am using 2x150w MH 20K Lighting, that should be good correct?

nice clams Rob, did you get them at a LFS ?

they look like corceas, umm that will be alright as long as you keep them up closer to the light or the other alternative is to feed a lot of phyto. In either case keep them on the rocks for they naturally occur in rock.

trying to feed extra phyto to make up for lack of light wont work. clams have a very limited ability to filter feed. Corceas and Maximas can only get 10% of there food needs from filter feeding

Yep i have them in the rockwork, the LFS said MH would be just fine for these clams.

so its been a few days, clams look good under the 20k MH
