my first clown

Hi all!
Today I purchased my first clown fish. I am noticing that he his chilling at the top of the tank. What is normal behavior for a clown when first introduced into the tank? When I introduced other fish into the tank, they immediately started swimming around. I dont know if I should be worried or not. Any advice about clowns is greatly appreciated, as I am quickly reading all I can about his species.

I wouldnt worry. They will find a spot they feel comfortable and chill out for a while...

Don't worry about it. Always give fish 48 hours before expecting their normal behavior. Every fish is different, so there is no constant thing that clownfish do when they are introduced to the tank.
