My First Experience with this Vendor

I recieved my order today from Marine Depot Live and was very happy with my fish and my coral but suprised when I looked at my snails and saw that instead of 10 Cerith Snails I got 1 Cerith snail and 9 Cerith Snail shells with crabs in 'em......>???? So I called them up to advise them of their mistake and was happy to speak to a real person very quickly. I was advised though I would receive a store credit for the money I was out on the snails. Great I thought so when will I get them. Oh no I will not be getting them I would have to place another order and pay shipping all over for a mistake that wasn't mine. Why would anyone who had a problem with a product want to do repeat business. Why couldn't I get my Credit Card adjusted since I will not be getting the product I ordered but was charged for. Come on Guys you can do better than that! I have to say I love the fish but wish you had a better resolution for me.

I am sorry we did not get your order correct and handle it as you would like. I will be glad to issue a credit to your credit card instead of a store credit. If you could please email your name and zip code to customercare@marinedepotlive.com. That way I can find your order and issue the credit to your CC card.

I apologize for that, I do not know what the problem would have been. I just sent two test emails from the link above using two different accounts and they both came through. If you prefer please give us a call.
