My First SCUBA DIVE

Hi, this is my first post and my first SCUBA diving, this was in Aqaba - Jordan.
Gulf of Aqaba it is the northern portion of the Red Sea

Ya that was very nice, the colors of the corals and fish is amazing. you see some corals and fish and you think wow i wish to have this in my tank

it is not exactly my backyard, Aqaba is located about 240 miles away from my home in Amman

but it worth the trip

That first dive out there is always pretty amazing, isn't it?!

Just dove in the ocean for the first time a few weeks back, in Grand Cayman.

Not really, i can't take any thing from the sea because collecting marine corals and fish directly is illegal in Jordan. All what i can do is look and take a picture

I used to spend every spare moment obsessing on my reef tank.

I took a vacation to Hawaii and I got suckered into doing one of those discover SCUBA things. Since then, I have spent every free moment obsessing about diving.

Though 240 miles is pretty far away, it looks like the diving you have there is well worth it. Congrats on your certification.

Mabrouk on your first dive, there's some great diving in the area.

You should check the water level in your mask more often

for the water level in the mask, after getting some salt water in my eyes for couple of times, i was checking the mask more often

In the future you may not want to get so close to the fire corals

I am aware of fire coral, i get close to it but do not touch

Am always trying to refrain my self from the urge to reach out and touch the corals, no matter how beautiful it may appear to be.
