my fish is in rough shape

the other day i went to the fish store and picked up a few fish one of them was a red fire goby. in my tank i already have a purple striped dottyback which is territorial and chasing around the fire goby making the fire goby swim way to hard and ended up with the gobies fins being shredded. my tank is not massive only 30 gal so i like it to be a peaceful environment and am going to try to get rid of the dottyback.
so my question is how should i bring this little guy back to full health or is it already too late?

If you remove the dottyback, the firefish's fins should heal without any extra care. Just make sure you feed it a varied diet and watch to make sure the wounds don't get infected. Good luck with it!

whats the beat way to remove a dottyback? whats in a varied diet? im feeding pellets and brin ship to him.
