my fungia has a bubble on it's side

Our super-awesome raffle prize fungia has a bubble growing out from under one side - or maybe more of a balloon. It is almost transparent and mimics the semi-circle of the fungia itself. It reminds me of when my frogspawn put out a new head this way- the bubble/balloon I mean. Does anyone know about this?

This is a very bad thing and will destroy your whole tank, the only thing you can do is give the fungia to me ASAP ! LOL I wish I could help but have never had that happen to a fungia before, it does not sound too bad though. I too have had frogspawn do this as well. Hope all goes well for you !

Oh man - you had me going for a second! :eek1:

It's weird. If you can imagine the disk of the fungia floating on an inner tube but half of it being deflated, that's what this looks like.
