My GBTA

Been in the tank a few weeks, had a bout with dinoflagellates so went 72 hours of darkness.

My BTA since I introduced it, has been in place that get no light, the clowns can't get to, and I can't drop a pellet into it to feed.

Everything I've read about these things is that they need (want) light and flow. Mine, is the exact opposite, doesn't like any flow, and where it's taken up locale at, gets little to no light.

Lets see a picture of where it is. Sometimes it comes a time to intervene with them and that time might have come for you.

It's very hard to get a pic.

Well the good thing is it looks like the clowns want to be hosted by it. Yes go ahead and remove the rock over the top so it can get some light, then see where it goes from there.

What lights do you have one the tank and if led's what settings do you have them at. Maybe they are to bright for the anemone

That's cool you could remove the one rock. Your lights don't sound too bright, maybe lower the blues to 50% but it should be ok. Sam what do you think?

How old is thank? Sometimes they just need time to come out. I had one hide for months then came out and rapidly grew to 18" in diameter

Give it more light and try feeding it a small piece of shrimp, may not like pellets.
To have a nem bounce back after hiding for a month is rare.

I feed mine Mysis once or twice a week. Small amounts. Mine also hid in the rocks for about 2 months. They are doing well now. Both have split and have found places they like.
