for those who seen it @ my meeting or anyone that may know, my females looking real fat & the male is always @ that same spot. they both get in it, but in the day time the male protects that spot, do you think she could have eggs in there? i dont think they would stick to that, ill try to post a pic,

When there are eggs, the male spends a lot of time "fanning them" with his fins and mouthing them to keep them clean. The female will take some shifts tending the eggs, but is more the guardian of the nest than the male.

Usually they like a more open place with flow, but you never know. If there are eggs, though, the male would be in there a lot fanning them not hanging outside.

he stays right there where he is now, thats why i thought they may be there, just inside they may not even stick to that, but she does look fat dont she,

She does look pretty plump; just keep feedin' 'em. Don't worry about the eggs sticking; they'll stick fine--a few of mine will even lay right on the glass! The male usually spends progressively more time near the eggs as they are closer to hatching, so like crpeck says, watch for the male to spend a lot of time tending the same spot.

I guess I don't belong in here, but I was just browsing all the Tennessee clubs!
