My hypo QT... Start the countdown!

I couldn't resist adding one more fish to my tank. I saw Petco had their $1 per gallon sale so I bought a 55g and a 20g long to QT my last fish for my reef. I had all the other equipment already. This will be my frag tank for SPS grow out once the Flame Hawk finishes the QT period. I will leave him in hypo 4 weeks, provided I don't see any signs of disease, he's healthy now. This is my first hawkfish, so far I love its personality.

Here's an equipment list:
Skimmer: Octo 150 cone
Lighting: TEK 6 bulb
ATO: Tunze
Controller: Ranco (for eheim heater)
Return: MJ1200
Addl Flow: MP40W

The skimmer is loud but skims even in hypo (l.009) and only one small fish. Here's the set-up. Just a barebones 2 x 4 stand.

Remember that SG cannot exceed 1.009 any time during this period. That means nightly testing. I prefer tank transfer (see sticky)

I've got the sump sectioned off so that the ato trips when only a fraction of a cup evaporates from a 65 gallon system. It's been very stable at 1.009 for 5 day's now.
