My kind of coral....pretty but tough

Was doing some work on my palys last week. By accident left two polyps in a small bowel on the counter for a week, when I found them did not even know what they were. Well I glued them to a plug and set them low in the tank. Today they opened ...Two nice little rainbows!!!!
I really love a coral that can take a lick and keep on ticking!!!

Its amazing how hardy they are, way more than people give them credit for. I had a patch of green paly's on a rock that I threw into my sump, upside down, a couple of years ago. I recently pulled that rock out for use and guess what, they are stilll there and opening up. They are browned out and faded, but after 2 yrs upside down with only ambient light, not too bad.

Just look at some of them funny and they melt away tho. Go figure
