My last tank for a while; DIY AIO nano

I rocked back and forth on whether to post anything or not, but I figured I would go ahead and share what will be my "last build" for some time (which I also believe is probably my best reef-related work to date)... After a long 10+ year haul in the hobby, my family and I are taking on a new life journey as we transition into full-time travel. Needless to say, a reef system will NOT be a part of our new life arrangements. However, I am a bit attached to some of my livestock so I decided to design a maintenance-simple "friendly" system that I could have a friend keep while I am away. All that said, let's get to introducing the proposed system...

System overview
Display: 16 gallon DIY acrylic nano tank (16" cube)
Filtration: AIO chamber divided into 3 sections built into rear of tank; skimmer --> return <-- media basket
Skimmer: Hydor slim skim nano
Return: Tunze 6025 (current plan, which may be changed to 6055 w/ single controller)
Mechanical filtration: DIY media basket/tower
Lighting: Kessil a150 Sky Blue
Cabinetry: DIY custom stand
Livestock: LPS/softies

I have made some significant progress with this project prior to posting, but I will try to keep this updated as a journal (if you will). My wife and I also have our hands full with the addition of our newest daughter who arrived last week and I am loaded down with multiple renovating projects with our sticks-and-bricks home PLUS preparing for travel life... I am probably leaving out a few details, but I will make any necessary edits. On with the fun stuff, here are some progress pics:

Some progress with tank:

Tank on stand and testing light; both unfinished at this point, but coming along. The bottom door is a pull-out drawer which will be used for a NSW mixing reservoir & top-off reservoir, and the upper door is simply hinged for access to electrical & dry goods.

Some work with the media tower/rack:

And basically where I'm at now... The most recent update is the back "wall" for the display (excuse the dust, also all pics are taken with phone so not the best):

More as I get to it...
Thanks for looking!

Over the past couple days I got the top and AIO chamber in the rear welded on the tank. Hoping to make some good progress this week with some free time. Will post update pics soon...
