Don't know why I never thought of this before but I think I found a way to take the edge off waiting for my 476g tank build.
I piked up my little 3g tank and some cured L/R and live sand and a few gallons of salt water out of the LFS's tank plus a purple dotty-back, and some mushrooms, now I have a instant reef! lol well not realy I'm going to have to do small water changes every day for now but thats not a problem.
I think I might do a few upgrades to the filtration and lighting, it came with a 9 watt 50/50 CF lamp (Half 7100kBlue/Half10kWhite) and a very small hang-on filter. Sorry about the cell-phone pic I cant afford a real camera

Ive always liked large tanks but this little tanks neat, I might install a overflow and sump/fug
