my live rock

i had started a tank about a few months back and i have a bunch of live rock in it and thank was quiet a disaster so since i was going to be moving it into my basement when mybasement was finished i just tured off the power to the tank completley and right now its just sitting? will this affect the rock what is it going to do to it? i know its going to kill off any living organisums but will it have and other cons to it?

Can you at least keep the temp and a powerhead on it to stir up the water?

i could but like if i didnt would the rock turn to garbage

Well eventually.. It would have a lot of die off.....

it doesn't need light, but flow is a must.....Use a simple air stone at the bottom if nothing else. Plus you will still have evaporation, so watch the salinity.

ok ill get a garbage pal this weekend and put it in there but its bein sitting for a little over a month already is that ok? when i start the tank over when its moved i will be adding more rock the new rock will reseed the old rock right???
