I'm starting my first Mix Reef tank.
I'm new to the hobby and are loving it.(Will need a lot of help.):hmm2:

My system will consist of the following.

Display Tank.Idol Marine Tank 1.5m x 1m x 600mm(H) Starfire Glass

Sump.
1.4m x 530mm x 400mm(height). 4 Chambers.

Skimmer.
Reef Octopus 5000 int skimmer. Plumbed externally.

Lighting.( Will start with this light and upgrade later)
1.5m Odyssey Pendant HQI + T5 + LED moon Metal Halide System.

Kalkwasser .
Deltec Kalk Stirrer KM-500

Reactors
Reef Octopus Biopellet reactor BPR-110
Reef Octopus Phosphate Reactor PHR-140 (x2) to run 2 tipes of media's .

Profilux.
Profilux 3ex.
Profilux Digital 6x Plugbar (PAB).
Profilux quad dosser with built in controller.

Heating.
Jagger 300w heaters (x2).

Cooling.
HaileaChiller HC-500A

Return pumps.
Water Blaster HY-5000W
Water Blaster HY-2000W
OTP -2000 (x2)

Flow Pumps.
Next piece of hardware to get.

Gravel - Marine Substrate in DT
CaribeanSea Live Sand. 120KG

DSB.
Yes.(Carib Sea Aragonite sugar fine)

Why sugar fine compared to figi pink or original substrate? Or is that in a remote DSB?

It is in the DSB. The display tank will have CaribeanSea Live Sand in it.
