he is staying in a rock not moving only one eye

One eye usually means injury. Try epsom salt - 1 tablespoon per 5 gals - to relieve the swelling. Epsom salt is just mag sulfate, so you can safely dose it in a reef.

Probably won't die, but it could lose it's eye.

I've seen both happen; the fish is just left with an empty socket or cloudy looking eye they can't seem to see out of. Or the eye heals and everything is fine.

Patience, probably injury or pop eye, some say to medicate, i say leave it alone, in my experience, it goes awaya in 3-4 days, just feed him, good luck
