My mantis is not eating

I have had this mantis for about 4 days and I have not seen him eat. It is 1.25" and I have some very small hermits, 2 nassarius snails, 2 SW minnows that I caught from the gulf, and a medium size hermit that I picked up from the beach. If y'all can help me it would be greatly appreciated.

Try some small pieces of squid or shrimp on a feeding stick. That should get him going. If not he'll get hungry eventually and find something to munch on in the tank. Mine goes after snails when I cut back on feeding.
