My mushrooms don't look right

I got a bunch of mushrooms a while ago. After they were acclimated for a day or two they opened up nicely. However they've started to shrink a little and really HUG the rock. Is there too much flow?

Everything else in the tank look beautiful and all parameters are the normal (0amm, 0trite, 0trate, 460calc, 8.2ph, 82F, 0phos)

Mine did that yesterday when I dosed tank. My calc was 350, Ph 8.0, and dkh 7.5 they were happy. Dosed tank with calc, Iod, strot, mag and sod bicarb. Raised Ph to 8.2, dkh 8,5 and calc to 400 (taking it up slowly). Within 10 minutes they were not happy and kinda hugged rock. About 3 hours later they strted to fill back out to normal. Took about 4-5 hours to adjust themselves. Hope this helps. Will raise a little more later today.

Try going 2 days without light. Seems to help for me.

Just an update, some of the mushrooms still seem to be grasping onto the rock for dear life, however the bigger shrooms all seem to be a lot more open and relaxed.
