My nano stream is already dead?

Although I did send mine back to Roger , I dont think the current problem with the 6025's is a big deal. I hate to see the 6025 get a bad rap for some minor problems. A part of what makes a good product is great customer support and Tunze is taking care of everyone.

It is unfortunate but whenever something is new no matter how much you test it, until you mass produce it and let the end user use it there way you cannot know all the bugs. I can only promise it was not our intent to stick anyone with a substandard product and if anyone has a problem we will remedy it.

I have a 6025 running in my tank now and have for a couple days. It rattles and I hope it gets better. Checked the Steele post and it seems okay and seated. I am going to give it some time as recommended. I have a second arriving next week and that will give me something to compare.

One of the reasons I chose Tunze is their name and reputation for top quality aquarium products. And I am not worried about Tunze backing their product.

When I was at a LFS the salesperson kept showing me products and saying this is just like a tunze and this has a design just like a Tunze (skimmers/pumps, etc.). That is where I first heard about this company and figured if they are the ones to copy then I want their product.

I love the broad even flow coming out of the 6025. Very happy with the performance thus far. If the rattling improves I will be 100% satisfied.

Matt
