After going to Lowes and getting the parts I needed, I go to insert the St. Elles and realize that the bulkheads are threaded!!!
Why can't anything just go right?!! So now I have to cut the pipe off the back of the tank and remove the bulkheads, replace them with slip bulkheads, (now would be a good time to add a valve to the main drain line) and then maybe, just maybe this will work out.
