My new 220reef ready is on its way

I ordered my 220 reef ready and 160# of agronite sand. It will be in in 2 weeks. So here is the deal i am selling my 2 125g tanks if anyone is interested. What is the best way to start this new tank? has anyone done this? I have fish and 3 long tentacle anemone and a feather duster and 100# of live rock. Should i use my water? It is tap water i just got my new ro/di system. Should i just use all new water and let it cycle? i plain to buil a new sump as well.

Who is going to help me get it and set it up? lol When i bought it i noticed that there where several teenage girls working there. Thought to my self this should be interesting to watch them cary it to my truck lol. I think i better take some muscle time to call in the favors.
