My new 265 gallon Marineland tank

After years of being on the sideline, and the last three years accumulating new equipment I finally pulled the trigger and purchased a new Marineland 7 foot by 24 inches deep by 30 inches tall, 265 gallons on black Friday, One of the LFS in South Florida, All Fish Emporium was having a promotion 50% off, so the tank with dual overflows, and plumbing, the stand in cherry and the canopy out the door delivered to my house was $1360.00 which is actually a screaming deal. About 15 years ago, I had a 225 gallon acrylic tank and kept all of my tonga rock, about 300 pounds which I am reusing in this tank for the aquascaping. The challenge in South Florida, is even though we have a big house, I live on the water, literally five minutes from the closest inlet to the Ocean so we have no basements, new houses are on pilings as when you dig about 6 to 8 feet you are in the water already, therefore no basement meaning all of my equipment is having to fit in the cabinet.

Here is a list of the equipment for my build
Ecotech Radeon lights x 4
Blue Line 55 HD pumps X 2
Ecotech MP40 x2
Eshopps E300 refugium
160 lbs of live sand
RED sea Aquazone deluxe 200 mg/hr Ozonizer
ETSS 800 XR Professional skimmer
Dolphin pump with 1 1/2 inlet and outlet
Puratek 100 GPD RO
Octopus 300 controller old but with all new probes, has never failed me to this day.
Ultra violet 57 watt UV sterilizer
Aqua medic reef doser twin dosing pumps x2
Reef Octopus BR 140 Bio Pellet Reactor with 1500 ML of pellets
40 lbs eco reef mud for the refugium

I will be moving the fish, and tonga rock that is in my 90 gallon tank into the new one.

That is the project in avery small work space. The good news is that is seems like things are simpler now than they were 15 years ago on my 225.

Here are some pictures of the set up and the tank up and running. Any thoughts or input is appreciated. I wish I had more space or a fish room but I still managed to get everything to fit. I am down to installing the float switch and ro unit.

Just added some hardware to the tank

I just added a new ecotech MP60 in addition to the two MP40's and a GFO reactor that I ausing with phospahte media. We picked up 100 gallons of ocean water last night at high tide in the ocean to do a water change and see the picture of my skimmer working away.
