I have decided to share my new 45g cube with everyone here. I have roughly 35lbs of rock, some dead some live. Around 20 or so pounds of sand. The tank and stand are from SCA Aquariums dimensions 24x20x20. I am using the skimmer and return pump that came with it. Other equipment includes 150w Cobalt neo-therm heater, tunze nano ato, vortech mp10wqd, maxspect razr 120(which I plan to add t-5's to), and to control everything an Apex Jr. I will be testing with a line up of salifert tests and a refractometer.
Eventually I plan to have it sps dominant with a few lps and choice zoas. However the focus will be a blue haddoni with percula clown pair. I'm also thinking a firefish, candy basslet, blue spot jawfish, and yellow coris wrasse. All qt will be done ttm via 5g pals followed by a stay in a 10g to further inspect and monitor.
It has taken me almost a year to get this far with this tank so I am in no hurry. I took all my mistakes from my first tank and learned from them so I look forward to water this reef to be mature and grow. Feel free to leave comments or ask questions. Now onto the pictures.
