Feeding it shrimp eggs at the moment, It seems to like it. Uses it for my scolomya and lobos aswell

It must be goniopora.
Alveopora's polyps have 12 tentacles.
Your's seems to have more. Goniopora have 24 tentacles to every polyp.

I second the goniopora suggestion. Most don't like super bright light or heavy flow. If it still isn't extending, move it to a lower flow region. It should extend atleast a couple of inches. Mine extends up to 6 inches, but it is a different goniopora.
