He moved out of his shell sometime yesterday and hasn't been able to find a new one that he like or that is his size? What should I do? I've tried laying several empty shells by him and he checks them out but them leaves them. Should I stop on my way home and try to pick up a few smaller empty shells? Is it common for them to have trouble finding a new one? By the way it is a blue legged hermit crab and judging by how a time it is having deciding on a new home I'm betting it's a female.
