My new Dracula Goby

I got this little guy yesterday from a lfs I normally don't go to, the girl there said it was a Tiger goby and sold it to me for $30. Soon as I put him in he was swimming everywhere in the tank and was eating later that night.

Sweet little fish there man...I am looking for a good goby for my 125g, but I am going to need something much larger than that haha.

We love our dracula they are great fish. It almost sounds like Monopoly, the bank makes an error in your favor, collect a gorgeous fish.

Soon as she said $30 and I knew it wasnt a tiger but, a dracula goby I was all over it. He's doing great minus the cleaner shrimp harrasing him to clean him. He a contender, my royal gramma was trying to bully him around and he held his ground.

Hi triksrevival:
As far as I know ,dracula goby is a shy goby and very very hard to keep.I keep them three times and all failed. It will be keeped in more cool water( no more than 26 degree). All the dracula's face appeared some bloodstain after I keep them about three weeks .Then they eat little until death. :(
also,It is a jumper.Anything touch it then it will jump out of the tank.I bet it will jump out if you don't cover your tank! :(

I agree with the fact that they are jumpers. The first one I ever had jumped, so we made sure the next one we got went in a covered tank. We had that one for almost 2 years before we lost it. The current one we have had since February with no problems at all.
