My new Juwel rio 125

Hello,

I just started my new tank 5 weeks ago!
Which i converted from a freshwater tank.
With the cycle complete, today i added 2 clownfish.

I started my tank with real reef rock with live sand.
As a filter i use the Hydra 40 Internal filter.
Im very happy with this filter.

Nice job on the aquascape. The new guy's look a little scared. Was that picture just after they were added?

Yes it was 5 minutes after they were added

They'll settle in and be at the glass begging for food in no time.

I agree with the aquascape, looks very nice. Lots of diff spots for corals. The clowns should be happy.

Thanks for the feedback, the clowns look more at ease today they are eating good.

Having a little issue with brown algae.
Keeping up with good maintenance so i think it will go away at one point.
Thinking about buying a macro algae next weekend maybe that will help as well.

The brown algae will go away with time but macro will help.

Yeah i know, today i added 1 Azure Damselfish (I know a damsel isn't the most ideal for a community tank but i think it will work just fine).
And added one Centropyge Tibicen.
Evantually will upgrade to a bigger tank.

Saturday i added my first coral.

A leather toadstool it is looking good and opening up just fine.

It looks great. Don't get worried if it gets glazed over and no polyps are out, that is just leather coral before shedding. They do this shed every so often especially after being switched to a new tank. Just thought I'd give you a heads up before you freak out when you see it.

Yesterday i added a new toadstool to my tank.
Very happy with the new addition.
He is looking great and polyps are out.

Fish are happy as well. (and healthy).
