My new nemo!!

I gave my tomato clownfish to my friend when I moved so I knew I had to get a new nemo ASAP! I picked up this oce (I think) not realising how tiny it really was... it must be about 50% the size of my old "small" tomato clown.

Anyway, the first moment I put him in the tank my three stripe damsel went to town and actually dragged him around by his tail! At that point I turned the lights off and went to bed. The next morning I find him rubbing around in mr h. crispa! The anemone is really colored up now and doing great. When I first got it it was smaller and whiteish.

He's so tiny he disappears into the tentacles! Very fun to watch. He NEVER leaves the anemone either! Even when food comes he won't leave.

The underside is pure white.

The mouth is the same color as the thing (I can't really get a picture now). I will TRY to get one later today.

Here's some pictures from when I first got it.

Here's a first closeup pic

Might want to try and get the damsel out of there if you can. Your new little clown might starve himself to death rather than come out and get abused by the damsel.

The damsel is never near the clown anymore and the clown has started to come out a bit for food.

I was really hoping to keep the damsel because he has stayed small (because he was bullied by 2 other damsels I had before) but I think to be safe I will remove the damsel when I move to the new tank.
