ok well i have been waiting for over 3 months for some tank breed ocellaris clowns and nothing, well i was at the lfs the other day and they got in 5 wild caught clowns, one was doing really bad, upside down and shooting straight up and all. So i picked 2 that looked good. The manager was getting ready to scoop the dying one out and throw him in the trash, i asked if i could try to rescue him and he dumped him in the bag.
I live less than 5 minutes away from LFS and when i got home the sick one died. The other two seemed alright after an hour drip, dropped them in. One died within 3 hours, the other passed away withing the night. Went back to LFS and basically 4 of the 5 he got in died. My water has no ammonia, nitrites, nitrates, phosphate, copper etc.... good water values all over.
today he received 12 tank breed clowns, bought 2 of them and they are awesome, the first bach woudn't eat nothing, these hogs have eaten like 3 times today.
here's my pics;
so the color is a little different, do you think they are both ocellaris clowns?
