Ya toxic, it looks just like the one you've got.
So it looks like the consensus is I should get rid of him because I can't seem to find him exactly online.
Yes lilopop, is hairy looking too.

always remember to check for them when you acclimate and dip your corals. there are friendly ones too like the one with a horizontal black line between the eyes. trying to catch one in a big colony encrusted on ur rock would not be fun
