As some of you know I was kinda looking for a new Boxer. I was waiting until the perfect puppy came my way. Well it finally did. His name is Dexter. I got him from a friend of a friend. Hes 2 years old, very shy but once he warms up to you hes very playfull.

Congrats.
We just had the perfect pup come in to our lives as well.
This is "Jet", On the wings of Angels. He's the #1 male pick of the litter, Flat Coat Retriever. We fostered him Thursday through Sunday and we have fell in love with him.
He will probably come to stay with us permanently, in the near future and I will be handling him in the show ring as well as in other competitions.
He is 11 weeks old, and in the four days we had him, I taught him the hand signals for sit, stand and down. :D

Morgan your pup looks awesome. If you trained him all that and he still knows it, then yes you need to work with him and go to shows. lol

It sounds good to me Famous. I know my puppy loves other dogs. Everytime I take him to my friends house to play with there dogs he goes nuts. They run for hours.

Congrats!!! Friends of ours have Boxers and Bostons. They had four Boxers at one time, but they just lost their third, so down to one. :(

DJ, congrats on the Flat Coat!! Those dogs are amazing! I researched them a while ago, but I think they have too much energy for me. :D

Yeah, flat coats certainly have some energy to burn. This little guy is a sponge and is so teachable. It helps both parents are champions in several category's including agility and obedience. :)

Well, I am surviving living with a dog that never stops moving (working bred Rottweiler, possibly also has ADHD..LOL), so I can probably live with anything. lmao I had planned to do agility with him, but he's super dog aggressive.

My other dog is a Ridgeback. He's off and on..mostly off. lol

I tell people "we have two dogs. One's not quite right in the head..likes to bite people. The other one's a Rottweiler." LOL

(the Rottie is really a very sound, trustworthy dog..but I don't mind people thinking my home isn't one to mess with!!)
