My new RBTA won't attach

I just brought home this GORGEOUS new RBTA and it won't attach to the rocks. I just tested the water and my nitrates phosphates and ammonia are all zero. Is there a reason it won't attach or is there something i can do to persuade it to?

I found that same problem myself. if you find it a whole in a rock that it will fit its base into or a nice crevice for its base to go into.
